Delivery Policy

1. We always strive to provide the best to delivery your orders as soon as we can. Your orders will be arranged within 24 hours of being placed. Here are the expected delivery schedules for their respective locations :
Klang Valley Area: 5-7 working days (Excluding weekend & PH)
Outstation Area: 7-14 working days (Excluding weekend & PH).

2. All product will be courier by our own delivery team available for purchase within Malaysia (West of Malaysia).

3. Once order and payment is made, we will process and deliver according to your delivery address. If there are changes after that, kindly inform [email protected] or Whatsapp to 012-344 7994.

4. On delivery of the product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery.

5. Our normal delivery will help to carry into the house. But without unwrap/installation service. If customer need our manpower for unwrap/installation Service.  There will be extra charges services below:

Extra Charges:
RM100 per order.

Additional unwrap/installation Service is included:

Mattress: Unwrap the packing and move into the room.
Bed Frame: Unwrap the packing and installation service.

The above charges are not included selective date & time delivery.

6. If you wish to deliver on the selected date & time (only applicable in Klang Valley),
The extra charges will be RM200 for an order.
Hence, this service it’s not included service & installation.

7. For helping disposable the mattress service. (only applicable in Klang Valley)
Will be charging RM200/unit.
You may add the service into the Cart.

8. If the customer bought a king-size mattress upon receiving the item after that customer wants to change to a queen-size mattress, the customer needs to pay the RM150 transport fee to exchange. and make sure the plastic is not removed. Once the plastic is removed, we cannot exchange it due to cleanliness.

9. If the customer did not receive any free gift upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 7 days (counted from the date you receive the delivery item). The Company reserves the right to examine the order and subject it to independent assessment and reject any additional or missing item request deemed unfit or unreasonable.
